Can I return or exchange an item?

If an item arrives defective, damaged, or not as expected, it may be returned for a full refund within 30 days after receiving it. If you would like a replacement or a refund for a damaged item, send an email to info@teamfoxmark.com with details about the damage and whether you prefer a replacement or refund. To expedite the process, include your First and Last Name, your Order Number, and your E-mail Address. After 30 days items no longer qualify for return. 

How do I return an item?

Send us an email to info@teamfoxmark.com with details about the damage and whether you prefer a replacement or refund. To expedite the process, include your First and Last Name, your Order Number and your E-mail Address.

Also, upload or attach the following photos:

  • A photo of the damaged product
  • A photo of the damaged package
  • A clear photo of the Shipping Label, showing your address and tracking number.
  • A photo of the entire package, including a clear view of the shipping label
  • After we receive and inspect your returned item we will send you an email notification which will include the approval or rejection status of your return. Once approved, we will ship you a replacement or issue you a refund as requested.
