FOXMARK RETURN POLICY
FOXMARK offers a 30 day money back guarantee for any unused products that have been kept in the original packaging. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price.
If an item arrives defective, damaged, or not as expected it may be returned for a full refund within 30 days after receiving it. After 30 days items no longer qualify for return.

SHIPPING COST ON ALL RETURNS
Original shipping and return shipping fees will only be reimbursed if an error was made on our behalf, otherwise, customers are responsible for all shipping cost.
RECEIVED DAMAGE AND WANT A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND
Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with details about the damage and whether you prefer a replacement or refund. To expedite the process, include your First and Last Name, your Order Number and your E-mail Address.
Also, upload or attach the following photos:
- A photo of the damaged product
- A photo of the damaged package
- A clear photo of the Shipping Label, showing your address and tracking number.
- A photo of the entire package, including a clear view of the shipping label
- After we receive and inspect your returned item we will send you an email notification which will include the approval or rejection status of your return. Once approved, we will ship you a replacement or issue you a refund as requested.
